One of our consultants will review the job description and evaluate each candidate’s fit to the role. The report will identify strengths, concerns and interview questions for the candidate. £80 per candidate.

Verbal, Numerical  & Inductive  Reasoning

Standard

This package is suitable for many job roles and includes a personality assessment as well as verbal and numerical reasoning tests. This will provide a broad overview of the candidate’s natural working style and preferences together with an assessment of their reasoning skills.

This package combines personality and motivation assessment to truly understand what drives an individual towards success within the competitive sales industry.

OPQ 32 (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) - a detailed personality measure identifying preferred style at work.


MQ (Motivation Questionnaire) - a detailed measure of a candidate’s motivation at work.

Sales Report - This report is based on the results of the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) and the Motivation Questionnaire (MQ). This information is also suitable for identifying both strengths and development areas related to sales effectiveness.

This package assesses the suitability of candidates for senior management and executive roles. It will provide a comprehensive overview of the candidate’s personality combined with their judgement in various managerial situations.

The Cambridge Personal Styles Questionnaire (CPSQ) assesses a range of personal styles of behaving. These personal styles have been identified in liaison with healthcare staff and support values based recruitment for universities and the NHS.
