Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence tests identify a person's ability to understand their own emotions and the emotions of their work colleagues.


This is useful when  making decisions or managing stressful situations.


 Many factors contribute to a person's resilience and ability to deal with stress, including their hardiness levels and approach to change.


Resilience is important as it protects people from the negative effects of stress. 


Other assessments are available to measure factors such as an individual's leadership competencies and decision making style.


There are also  questionnaires for specific roles, such as sales and customer service.
