Recruitment Process

Recruit and select the most talented candidates for the role by using the wide range of psychometric assessments we have available.


You can select one of our popular recruitment packages or alternatively choose your own combination of individual tests to use during your recruitment process.

If you are not sure which tests are most suitable, please contact us and we will provide free guidance.


To assess the candidates, we will ask you for their names and email addresses and we will then administer the tests. We can customise the candidates' test invitation text to suit your needs and inform them of the required completion date.

Upon completion, you will receive the candidates' results by email. 

If you have requested feedback, we will arrange a suitable time for this to be completed.
